Registered airmail:
The sender receives a confirmation receipt that the package was sent. Registered airmail offers limited package tracking.
Shipping duration varies from 7 – 14 business days depending on the destination.
*Asia/ Pacific shipment may take 3-4 weeks for delivery
Please allow extra time during unusual times such as covid19.

Express Mail Service (EMS)
The sender receives a confirmation receipt that the package was sent.
EMS offers advanced package tracking.
Shipping duration varies from 5-10 business days depending on the destination. Please allow extra time during unusual times such as covid19.

Please Note:

• Some countries charge import fees [VAT, BTW, etc.] according to each country’s customs and tax laws. This information can be obtained from your local customs office and we recommend inquiring prior to ordering. Import fees are buyer’s sole responsibility.
• Sometimes customs authorities conduct random inspections that may cause delays.
• Products are shipped from Israel.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns

Returns or exchanges of products that were purchased through our online store can only be made within 30 days of the original invoice date.
All returned products must be clean and free of wear and tear. Dirty or used products will not be accepted.

Every product sent back to SOURCE must be sent with the following information:

1. Customer name, address, and contact information (Tel, Fax, etc.).
2. Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation received via email)
3. Please state Refund or Replacement

Please note:

• Returned products must be unused and in original condition, including the original packaging and tags.
• Products that arrive at SOURCE without the above information will be returned to the customer.
• Shipping charges of returned or exchanged products will be covered by the customer.
• C.O.D shipment (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.
• Replaced or repaired products will be sent to the customer within up to 3 weeks from the date of arrival at SOURCE.
