- The manufacturer warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Source will repair or replace products covered by the manufacturer warranty at its discretion.
- Source outlet products carry a 3 months warranty.
- To be eligible for a manufacturer warranty a product must be purchased from an authorized reseller, proof of purchase must be provided along with the submission for repair. Repair by anyone other than SOURCE or an approved agent voids this warranty.
Care and storage instructions for Hydration bladders
- To ensure long bladders life, do not expose the bladder to direct heat and do not leave the bladder in the car in the summertime.
- In need, soak the bladder in lemon water for an hour
- Backpacks should be washed by hand and air-dried hanging in the shade. There is no warranty on bags that have been machine washed
